Kettlebells have been the perfect workout regiment for me. Prior to kettlebells, I participated in several of Jeremy’s boot camp classes, worked out with weights and cycled. I enjoyed the activities, but needed a change and wanted to ramp my workouts up a notch and get greater results. When I heard that I could get more lean and defined with three kettlebell workouts and two thirty minute cardio intervals per week, I was interested. I am a fifty year old male, 6’2’’ and weigh 170 pounds. I was in good shape but wanted more. I wanted to have greater overall strength, better muscular definition, and hard abs. It’s been a year that I’ve been working out with Jeremy in his kettlebell classes and I am in better shape than ever. My weight has stayed constant, while my shoulders and chest have broadened, my body fat has gone from the mid 18% range to the mid 11% range and I continue to improve. I have the same sized waist as I did when I was a freshman in college and I have strength and definition like never before. I was skeptical at first, but I am a believer in this program. Set your goals high, committ your mind and body, work hard and hold on, the results are incredible.
