    You don’t know pain until you’ve walked a day in these… back in the 90’s this was what we used to ⬆️ our vertical and “rattle the rim” Even George Costanza (from Sienfeld) tried them out. Nowadays we have some unbelievable science and strength exercises to increase an athletes vertical and athleticism.
